WEB SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Description
Meeting with customers to propose IBM Web Solutions that matching to customers(:-) business requirements.
Support application usage (Education Activities) and drives the usage of web tools.
Maximizes customer orders and web revenue through "Web Applications" usage through regular customers interlock.
Engage customers for B2B and Web Solutions activation. This includes of :-
*Potential customers selection with brands or according to web relationship inputs.
*Customers engagement through visits and/or meetings.
*B2B internal activation.
*IBM products or offerings selections (with brands) to be delivered via B2B.
Responsible for orders placing maximization through regular interlock with customers, IGS ASEAN especially on SGP, Malaysia and Thailand to jointly define web co-operation model on selected customers.
Involved in application positioning; e.g. eWRM, COTS, customers selections for application deployment, customers visits planning, tracking, monitoring and progress reporting
Accountable for Forecast Web Revenue on B2B Web Revenue for Asean such as weekly cadence, project/transaction accountabiilty & revenue reporting and analysis as required.
Liaise and/or work with development team & coordinators on customer requirements, keeping tab on progress of the customer projects until proposed web solutions are officially launched with customers.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma, Bachelor(:-)s Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
Must have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to interact and work well with all levels of people.
Required skill(s): Good in presentation, communication, negotiation, selling skills and web sales knowledge.
Required language(s): Fluent in English both written and spoken.
