Requirement:
•Minimum Private Secretarial Certificate (PSC) or equivalent.
•At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Required languages written and spoken: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
•Proficient in MSWord, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc
•Ability to work independently with minimal direction and to prioritise action items.
•Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with all level of personnel.
•Willing to be based in Section 1, Petaling Jaya
•Provide secretarial and administrative support.
•Draft official correspondences and assist with documentation.
•Perform secretarial duties and handles confidential matters.
•High level of interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
•To manage all other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
